Im in my first tri and maggi is the only thing i crave when nothing else goes down. But then i feel guilty after eating it. Is it okay once in a while or totally no no?
Honestly, in this 3rd trimester, I'm too tired to cook anything else, so Maggi has been my savior sometimes! Just eat it guilt-free once in a while, it won't harm the baby. Just drink plenty of water after because it has a lot of salt.
I also ate Maggi occasionally when nothing else tasted good due to nausea. Personally, it never caused me any issues, but I kept the quantity small. It's just about managing your cravings safely.
Look, having it once in a while to satisfy your craving is totally fine, so don't feel guilty. Just don't make it a daily habit because it’s made of maida and has too much sodium. Try adding lots of veggies like peas and carrots to make it a bit healthier, ok?
I had crazy Maggi cravings during my pregnancy and ate it occasionally! It is absolutely fine to indulge once in a while. Just balance it out with healthy home-cooked meals other times.
Arey, sometimes we just need something quick and tasty. If you are craving Maggi, go ahead and eat it but don't eat it everyday. A good trick is to add some paneer cubes and vegetables so you get some actual nutrition out of it.
