I love eggs and used to have them almost daily before. Now im 10 weeks and confused if i can continue, and is boiled better or does it matter? curious what others eat.
Eggs were my go to for protein, my doctor was happy I was eating them. Just well cooked ones, fully done. Boiled or omelette both worked for me on days I had energy.
My gynac specifically said eggs are good as they have protein and choline which helps baby development. Only condition she gave was fully cooked, avoid raw or undercooked because of infection risk. Easy and cheap protein honestly.
Honestly eggs are the most affordable protein out there, perfect for pregnancy. 1-2 a day worked for me. Just cook them properly and you are sorted, no need for fancy supplements only.
Yes eggs are great, full of protein. Just make sure they are properly cooked, no half boiled or runny yolk during pregnancy. I had a boiled egg almost daily, kept me full.
Eggs are good na, lots of protein for you and baby. At home we always had them well boiled. Family said same, but keep it cooked properly and you are good.
