I used to do elliptical regularly before and now im 14 weeks. Missing my workout routine so badly. Is it okay to continue on the elliptical or should i stop, would love to hear from those who kept it up.
Please get your doctors okay before any machine workout. Every pregnancy is different and they will tell you whats safe for you. Dont push intensity even if it felt easy before.
I checked with my gynac before continuing any cardio, and she said gentle elliptical was okay for me since i was used to it. I kept it light and never overexerted. Definitely get your doctors green light first, especially if its new for you.
Low impact stuff like the elliptical is usually gentler than running, which is why some doctors allow it. I kept my sessions short and easy. But honestly just confirm with your doctor based on your trimester.
