Do not take any antibiotics like erythromycin on your own. First trimester is extremely crucial for the baby's development. Call your gynac, tell them your symptoms, and take only what they prescribe.
Ghar pe parents always said never to take English medicines blindly during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before taking erythromycin. They will tell you exactly what is safe for you and the baby.
Honestly, I never took even a single paracetamol without asking my doctor during my pregnancy. Medicine safety is very personal and risky. It is best to call your gynac's clinic and ask if erythromycin is safe for your specific case.
My pregnancy tracker always says never to take any antibiotics without a direct prescription from your doctor, especially in the first trimester. Even if some apps say erythromycin is sometimes used, please don't self-medicate. Confirm with your gynac first.
I know how stressful it is when you are sick and worried about which medicine is safe. But please don't worry, just call your gynac and ask them. They deal with this daily and will prescribe the safest option for your first trimester.
Please don't take any medicine without asking your doctor first, beta. Praying for your quick recovery and health. Just rest well, stay positive, and let your gynac decide the safest treatment for you.
