My MIL gave me evecare syrup at home saying its ayurvedic and good for me, but i havent taken it yet. Im 7 weeks and dont want to take anything without being sure. has anyone asked their gynac about this?
Honestly dont take any syrup on your own in pregnancy, even ayurvedic ones. Evecare is usually for period and cycle issues. Pls ask your gynac before taking it.
Please dont self medicate in pregnancy. Even herbal products can have effects. Show the bottle to your gynac and let them decide, this is really important.
Anything you put in your body now should go through your doctor, even tonics and syrups. I wouldnt risk it without their okay. Just one call to the clinic will clear it.
