These last few days i keep feeling cold and shivery even when no one else in the house does. My period is not due yet but we have been trying. Could this be an early sign or am i just falling sick?
I felt chilly and shivery in my early weeks and honestly wondered the same thing. For me it came with tiredness too. But everyone is different, so dont take it as a sure sign.
Cold feeling isnt a classic pregnancy sign, but hormone changes can make you feel off. My doc said feeling slightly cold or hot can happen but isnt reliable to confirm. A test after missed period is the real answer.
Feeling cold can also be linked to thyroid, which is common in pregnancy. I had thyroid issues so I always got mine checked regularly. If it continues, do get a thyroid test along with everything.
