Is feeling nausea a sign of pregnancy?

Since 2-3 days im feeling queasy especially in the mornings and certain smells are putting me off. Period is also a few days away still. Could this be an early sign or am i overthinking it?

It can be, nausea was my very first clue both times honestly. But nausea can also be from acidity or other things, so dont assume just from that. Take a test after your missed period to be sure.
