Im around 6 weeks and running a slight fever since yesterday with some discomfort on one side. Now im scaring myself reading stuff online about ectopic. planning to call my doctor first thing tomorrow but wanted to ask if fever is even related to this? worried na.
Fever by itself is not the typical ectopic sign beta, but i dont want u guessing at home. Please ring ur doctor today and tell them all ur symptoms, they will guide u properly.
I wont pretend to know exactly, fever can be from so many things. But ectopic is serious and time matters, so if u r even slightly worried get a scan done quickly. Dont wait it out.
My gynac told me classic ectopic signs are abdominal pain, shoulder tip pain and bleeding, fever is not the main one but can come if theres infection. Point is, any worry in early weeks needs an urgent scan. Pls call ur doc.
I cant really say medically, but fever alone wasnt my ectopic sign. For me it was bad pain on one side. Whatever it is, this is something to get checked in person, not on the app yaar.
Ectopic usually shows as sharp one sided pain, spotting, dizziness more than fever. But honestly any of these in early pregnancy, please dont sit at home, go to ur doctor or hospital fast. I delayed once and regretted, better safe.
