My mom keeps giving me soaked anjeer every morning and says it's good for the baby. Im in my 4th month and just want to confirm, is it actually fine to eat daily na? Anyone having figs regularly?
Haan ji, anjeer bahut achha hota hai. Vitamin hote hain isme aur pet bhi saaf rehta hai. Bas dhyaan rakhna ki taaze hon aur zyaada na kha lena ek saath. Thode thode khao. Bahut achha rahega.
Figs are generally considered quite healthy, especially for their fiber content which can be super helpful for constipation in pregnancy. I'd say have them in moderation. If you have any specific health conditions or concerns though, always best to run it by your gynac once, just to be super safe.
Honestly, I ate figs sometimes during my pregnancy, especially when I was looking for healthy snacks. I found they helped a bit with digestion, but I never overdid it. Everyone's body is different though.
Figs? Oh god, I'm in my 3rd tri and literally everything feels heavy right now, even thinking about food lol. But haan, I remember my dietician mentioning they're good for fibre. Just small portions yaar, digestion can be tricky.
Beta, anjeer (fig) toh humare ghar mein sadiyon se khate aa rahe hain. Thoda dry fruit mix mein daal ke kha sakte ho, ya doodh ke saath bhi le sakte ho. Par haan, zyaada nahi, thodi quantity mein hi lena chahiye. Garmi na kare.
Aww, I totally understand wanting to make sure everything you eat is good for your little one. Figs are actually quite nutritious, full of iron and fiber which is so important during pregnancy. Just make sure they're fresh and washed properly, and enjoy them without worry!
I'm also in my 2nd tri and was wondering this same thing! My MIL said they're good but I'm a bit nervous about eating anything new. Did anyone else eat figs regularly? Did it help with anything like constipation or anything?
