Bit shy to ask this but me and my husband are confused about whats ok intimacy wise now. Im in second trimester, normal pregnancy so far. Just wanted honest experiences, is it safe or should we avoid.
In a normal healthy pregnancy intimacy is generally fine yaar, nothing to feel awkward about asking. But if your doctor has advised rest or you have had bleeding or pain, then avoid and ask them. Hygiene matters too, keep things clean.
It depends on your own pregnancy, if it is low risk it is usually okay. But if you have any spotting, cramps or a sensitive cervix, please check with your gynac first. Better to ask than guess.
