Is frequent urination common in early pregnancy?

I am going to pee again and again, even at night, and I am only 6 weeks. No burning, just frequent urge. Is this normal early or should I get urine test?

Haan it's one of the earliest signs. Hormones change and your body holds more fluid so you pee more often. Just dont cut down water, stay hydrated.

Very common, my app actually listed it as a top early symptom. It happens coz of hormones and later the baby presses on bladder. Normal stuff, dont worry.

Yes totally! In my first month I felt like I was running to bathroom every hour, even at night. I felt so annoyed but it's very normal in early pregnancy.

Frequent peeing is normal yes. But if there's burning, pain or fever along with it then pls see ur doctor, that could be a uti. Otherwise its fine.
