Haan na, literally every 15 minutes I had to run to the washroom, especially during travel. It's very common, don't worry about it. Just keep washroom wipes handy when going out!
It's mostly normal, but please be careful. If you feel any burning sensation or pain while passing urine, or if you have a fever, contact your doctor immediately. I ignored it once and it turned into a bad UTI, which is risky during pregnancy.
Honestly, I felt like I lived in my bathroom during my whole pregnancy, and now my baby keeps me up all night anyway! It is super normal, your bladder is basically a pillow for the baby. Just accept the toilet as your new best friend!
Oh yes, it starts in the first trimester itself and gets more in the third. Just drink plenty of water during the day but try to reduce fluids 2 hours before bed so u can sleep better. Don't hold it in, go whenever u feel the urge.
It's completely standard because of the pressure on your bladder and increased blood flow. But do make sure you don't cut down on your daily water intake because of this. Dehydration is way worse for the baby.
