My period is 4 days late and since couple of days im running to the loo way more than normal, even at night which is unusual for me. Trying not to get my hopes up but it feels different this time. Did anyone notice this early on?

Yes it can be an early sign, the hormones and growing uterus press on the bladder. I noticed it both times before I even tested. But many things cause it, so confirm with a test after your missed period.
It can be a sign but if there is also burning or pain while peeing, that could be a UTI, so do check with a doctor. For pregnancy confirmation just take a test. Better not to guess only by this symptom.
