I had taken one dose of the gardasil vaccine before and only later found out im pregnant now. Bit worried if that's a problem or if i can continue the rest of the doses. Will ask my doctor but wanted to hear if anyone faced this.
From what my doctor told me, the HPV vaccine is generally postponed if u find out u r pregnant, and any pending doses are given after delivery. She said its not an emergency to do it during pregnancy. Best to ask ur own doctor about ur situation.
Honestly any vaccine during pregnancy must be cleared by ur gynac first. The HPV vaccine is usually not given during pregnancy, but ur doctor is the right person to confirm. Please dont decide this on ur own na.
