The acidity has been really bad these days and im in my second trimester. I used to take gelusil before but now im scared to take anything without knowing. planning to ask my doc but wanted to hear from you all first.
Antacids are common in pregnancy but please still confirm with your gynac which one and how much. Mine told me a specific one for my acidity. One quick check keeps you safe.
Acidity was the worst for me, I really feel you. Before any antacid I tried small frequent meals, cold milk and not lying down right after eating, which helped. For the medicine part I just asked my doctor what was okay.
