Honestly, I overthought every single thing during my pregnancy, especially medicines! Gelusil is generally considered okay by many docs for acidity, but still, please, please ask your own gynac. Har body alag hoti hai na.
Haan, mere doc ne toh bola tha safe hai for acidity. Mujhe bhi bahot acidity hoti thi and I used it few times. Baby is totally fine, healthy. Bas thoda control mein hi lena, jitna gynac bole.
