My mom keeps giloy kadha at home for immunity and is insisting i take it. But im not sure about ayurvedic things during pregnancy. Anyone had giloy while pregnant? i'll ask my doc also but wanted to know
Ayurvedic items like giloy I would not take in pregnancy without asking the doctor. Just because its natural doesnt mean its safe for this stage. Please confirm with your gynac before any such herb.
I love natural remedies but I paused most herbal things during pregnancy to be safe. For immunity I just ate well and rested. For anything like giloy, definitely check with your doctor first.
Beta giloy is good normally but in pregnancy we are careful with such herbs. Better to ask your doctor before taking it. Some things we leave for after delivery.
