First trimester and the nausea is killing me yaar. Someone told me ginger helps but my mom said dont take too much in pregnancy. Just want to know what others feel about it.
Beta thoda adrak is good for the stomach, we always used it for nausea. But in small quantity only, too much garam nahi achha. If you have lots of vomiting, doctor ko zaroor dikhao.
Ginger was a lifesaver for my nausea, I used to sip ginger water in the morning. Small amounts only though. It really helped settle my stomach when nothing else did.
In small amounts ginger is generally considered fine and good for nausea. Just dont take it in heavy doses or as supplements without asking. A little in tea or food is okay.
