Been craving grape juice so much these days, having it almost daily. Then suddenly got the doubt if too much is okay during pregnancy. Im 4 months in. Anyone know if it's fine?
Fresh grape juice in moderation is fine, it has some good vitamins. Just watch the sugar if you have any sugar concerns. Honestly fresh fruit is better than packed juice, but check with your doc if unsure.
I had to be careful with juices because of gestational diabetes, they spike sugar fast. If your sugars are normal a small glass is okay. But please dont go overboard with sweet juices daily.
I was craving grape juice so much in second trimester, haha. I just kept it to one small glass and ate whole grapes the rest of the time. Tasted like heaven honestly.
