I keep hearing mixed things about grapes, my mom says avoid them but I really love them. Currently 11 weeks. Can someone tell me if they are actually ok to eat?
Beta grapes are fine in moderation, full of vitamins. Our elders used to say avoid too many in the very last weeks but really just dont eat in excess. Wash them well, sometimes there is pesticide on the skin.
Just a small caution from my side, grapes are high in sugar. With my gestational diabetes I had to limit them a lot. If your sugar is normal then a small portion is perfectly fine, just dont overdo it.
Yes good, but in a handful not a whole bowl daily, they are quite sugary. I ate them as a snack between meals. Just rinse properly under running water before eating.
