I used to take green coffee for weight before I got pregnant and now im not sure if I should continue. Im 8 weeks. Just want to be safe so thought of asking here first before having it again.
I would say no, not on your own. These extracts arent meant for pregnancy and have caffeine. Stick to safe drinks and run any supplement by your gynac first.
Honestly pregnancy is not the time to try weight or detox products. Green coffee still has caffeine and the extracts arent really studied for pregnancy. Better to skip it and just ask your doctor if unsure.
I love my fitness stuff but I dropped green coffee the moment I conceived. For weight, gentle walking if doctor allows is far safer than any supplement. This is one to avoid yaar.
