I came across gum arabic (gond) in some traditional ladoo recipes that ladies make for pregnancy. My mom wants to prepare it for me but i wasnt sure if its fine to have now. Anyone had these during their pregnancy?

Gond or gum arabic is used in some traditional sweets like gond ke laddoo, and small food amounts are generally considered fine. But if you mean it as a supplement, please check with your gynac. The dose and purpose make all the difference.
I am not sure about this one honestly, I never used it specially. I would just ask the doctor before adding any new ingredient or supplement. Better safe than sorry in pregnancy na.
Beta, in our home we make gond laddoo after delivery for strength, in small amounts. During pregnancy just keep it minimal and as food, not as medicine. And do ask your doctor once to be sure.
