Yaar I postponed my keratin treatment till after delivery actually. The smell of those chemicals alone made me nauseous. Better safe than sorry na, hair can wait.
I avoided chemical treatments and just oiled my hair and used henna for colour instead. It felt safer for me. For anything stronger I would always ask the doctor first.
Most salons suggest waiting till after the first trimester for chemical treatments, and using milder products. I skipped strong straightening and colouring to be safe. Honestly best to ask your doctor and inform the salon you are pregnant.
