Im a few days late and woke up feeling slightly feverish and warm. Now my mind is going everywhere wondering if its an early sign or just normal viral. Did anyone get fever before testing positive?

Fever is not really a pregnancy sign, that's more about missed periods, nausea, sore breasts. A proper fever usually means some infection. If you have actual fever, get it checked rather than assuming its pregnancy.
Dont go by fever for pregnancy, it can mean so many things. Best is to wait for a missed period and do a test. And if the fever is high or not coming down, please get it seen by a doctor.
I wouldnt count fever as a sign honestly. Some women feel a little warm or slight temperature rise but a real fever should be checked by a doctor, especially if you might be pregnant. Pls dont ignore a high fever.
