Is having periods twice a month a sign of pregnancy?
This month i bled twice, once at start and again like 2 weeks later, which is so unusual for me. Now im wondering if one of those was not actually a real period. Could it mean im pregnant or is something else going on?
Bleeding twice in a month needs a doctor's check, not self diagnosis. It can be many things, hormonal imbalance, stress, or other reasons. Pls get it looked at instead of guessing about pregnancy.
With pcos i used to get irregular bleeds that felt like two periods, and it wasn't pregnancy. If this is new for you, a gynac visit is worth it to find the real reason. Don't stress alone over it.
My doc said frequent bleeding could be a short cycle, mid cycle spotting, thyroid or hormonal stuff, generally not a pregnancy sign. If you suspect pregnancy do a test, but also mention the double bleeding to your doctor to rule out other causes.
Not really, two periods in a month is usually a hormonal or cycle issue, not pregnancy. If you're pregnant you'd typically miss periods, not get extra. But if it's actually spotting, that's different, get a test done.
