Is having sex everyday bad when trying to conceive?
we are trying since 3 months now. someone told me daily karna actually reduces chances and we should space it out. is that true? matlab im so confused what the right way is.
Because of my PCOS, tracking ovulation was very stressful. Daily sex can actually reduce the sperm count slightly, so having it every alternate day during your fertile window is often recommended. Ask your doctor for proper guidance to stay stress-free.
Personally, we tried every alternate day instead of everyday because it felt less like a chore and more natural. It worked for us in the third cycle. But every couple's journey is different, so do what feels right for you both.
Having sex everyday can get really exhausting and stressful for both of you. A simple solution is to focus on your fertile days and try every alternate day. It keeps the sperm quality good and also keeps the romance alive without pressure.
Listen, don't make baby-making a daily stressful task. Everyday sex isn't bad, but alternate days are actually better to give sperm time to rebuild. Relax, track your ovulation, and don't turn it into a homework assignment.
When we were trying, I felt so much pressure to do it everyday, which made me really emotional and anxious. Once we relaxed and started doing it every 2 days, I conceived and felt so relieved. Please be gentle with yourself, it will happen soon.
Everyday? Who has that kind of energy, haha! Seriously though, doctors usually suggest alternate days during the fertile week so that sperm count remains healthy. Save your energy, you'll need lots of it once the baby (or babies!) arrive!
