Bit of an awkward thing to ask here but i have no one else to ask. We are both kind of nervous about it now that im pregnant, scared it might harm the baby. would love to hear honest experiences.
Generally fine if everything is going smoothly, comfort and consent both ways matter. But if you are high risk, have placenta issues or any bleeding, your doctor may say avoid. Safest to confirm with your own gynac.
In a normal healthy pregnancy it is generally safe, the baby is well protected. Just be guided by comfort and avoid pressure on the belly later on. If you have any complication or bleeding history, check with your gynac first.
Totally normal thing yaar, dont feel awkward about it. As long as your pregnancy is healthy and it is comfortable, it is fine. Just clear it with your doc if you had any complications.
For me the doctor advised against it in the first trimester because I had spotting. So it really depends on your own pregnancy. Please just ask your gynac if it is okay in your case before assuming.
