We are trying to conceive since few months and honestly getting a bit anxious about timing everything right. Just want to understand if being intimate more often actually helps or it doesnt really matter. Pls share what worked for you.
Depends fully on your pregnancy honestly. In mine they told me to avoid because of some bleeding early on. So pls confirm with your own gynac first, dont take a general yes from strangers including me.
In a normal healthy pregnancy its completely fine, baby is well protected. I was intimate through most of both my pregnancies. Only thing, if your doctor flagged any risk like low placenta or bleeding, then avoid till she clears you.
Generally safe in low risk pregnancies, the baby is cushioned and protected. But the honest answer is it depends on your individual case, so the green light should come from your gynac.
Haha the baby is not watching dont worry. In a normal pregnancy its totally okay. Just listen to your body and your doctor, and maybe more pillows in third trimester :)
