Got a pack of hazelnuts as a gift and i actually love them. Just wondering if they r okay to snack on daily during pregnancy or thoda limit karna chahiye? pls share.
Yaar, actually most nuts are good during pregnancy, including hazelnuts. Just make sure you're not eating too many fried or sugary ones. Plain roasted ones are the best for you. But if you have any allergies, then obviously avoid them, right?
Hazelnut? I would eat anything that didn't make me puke in my first trimester, honestly! If you like them and your doc says okay, go for it. Calories are needed to fuel this baby-making machine, haha. Enjoy every bite!
My mother-in-law suggested soaked almonds and walnuts, but hazelnuts are also good for energy. My doctor said that most nuts are fine, as long as they are fresh and not in excess. So you can definitely have them, dear, in limited quantities.
Hazelnuts are generally considered safe and can be a good source of nutrients like Vitamin E and healthy fats for pregnant women. As with all nuts, moderation is key, and if you have any nut allergies, avoid them completely. They are a healthy snack option.
