Getting these dull headaches almost every afternoon since last week, im around 10 weeks. It goes after rest but it worries me thoda. Did anyone else feel this in early days?

Occasional headaches are usually normal, but a severe one with swelling or vision changes needs the gynac quickly. Dont take painkillers without asking either. Stay safe.
I used to panic every time my head hurt thinking it was something serious. Most of mine were just dehydration and stress. But honestly if it ever feels severe or different, just check with your doctor to settle your mind.
Mild headaches were quite common for me in the early months, often from tiredness and not eating on time. Drinking enough water and small regular meals helped me. If it ever got really bad i would rest in a dark room.
