Im around 6 weeks and getting these dull headaches almost daily, mostly evening time. Never used to get them before. Just wanted to know if this is a normal early thing or should i worry?
Yes, hormones, dehydration and tiredness cause early headaches, my doc explained. Drinking enough water and resting helped me. But if its a severe headache with blurred vision or swelling, call your gynac immediately.
Mild ones eased for me with rest, water and a little cold compress. Dont take random tablets, ask doctor which is safe. For sudden severe headaches, definitely get checked.
