My gums are bleeding a lot these days and dentist mentioned hexigel for it. Im in my second trimester. Just thoda unsure about using anything new right now. Anyone used it while pregnant? Pls share.

Actually, even I had terrible mouth ulcers during my 2nd trimester, yaar. I wanted to use Hexigel but my gynac told me to avoid random pharmacy gels and prescribed a safer option. You should also just ask your doctor once to be safe!
