I usually go for homeopathy for small things like cold and acidity. Now that im 3 months pregnant im not sure if i can continue those medicines. Anyone here taken homeopathy during pregnancy, was it ok?
Honestly even with homeopathy you should tell your main gynac whatever you are taking, so nothing clashes. Dont start any remedy on your own assuming it is harmless. A registered homeopath plus keeping your obstetrician informed is the safe way.
Beta many people in our family trusted homeopathy, but during pregnancy I would still tell the gynac about it. Better both doctors know what you take. Dont just pick something from the shop on your own.
Because I had a delicate pregnancy, I didnt take anything, even homeopathy, without my doctor knowing. Please be careful and keep your gynac in the loop with any alternative medicine. Safety first during these months.
