I do hot yoga regularly and we just started TTC this month. Now im wondering if the heat is okay or i should switch to normal yoga. Anyone who continued while trying?
I personally avoided hot yoga when we were trying to conceive, just to be on the safer side. I wasn't sure about the heat's effect, so I switched to regular, non-heated yoga classes and just felt more comfortable. It's a personal choice, of course.
Actually, hot yoga na, pregnancy mein toh nahi karte hain, aur TTC mein bhi shayad risky hota hai. Kyunki body ka temperature bahut badh jata hai na. Better hai normal yoga karo, ya apne gynac se pooch lo. Don't take any risk.
From what I learned during my pregnancy, maintaining a normal body temperature is quite important, especially around conception and early pregnancy. Hot yoga specifically increases your core body temperature quite a bit, so I'd probably steer clear of it if you're actively trying to conceive.
Look, beta, when you're trying to conceive, it's really important to keep your body as balanced and safe as possible. Hot yoga significantly raises your body's core temperature, and high temps are generally not recommended for conception or early pregnancy. It's always best to play it safe and switch to a gentler form of yoga or exercise, at least until you're pregnant and have spoken to your doctor.
Hot yoga? Haha, I can barely manage to brush my teeth these days, let alone sweat it out in a hot room! But seriously, I've heard too much heat isn't good when trying for a baby. Maybe stick to cooler, calmer exercises? Your body will thank you later, trust me!
