Please dont take ibuprofen on your own during pregnancy, my doctor specifically told me to avoid it especially later on. For pain or fever, ring your gynac and ask what's safe for you instead.

I cant say whats safe medically, but I personally never took it while pregnant without asking. My doctor always gave me an alternative. Pls check with yours before taking it.
