I tested positive last week but i never noticed any spotting at all. Now im worried because everyone keeps talking about implantation bleeding. Does it happen to everyone or can pregnancy be totally normal without it?
No, its not a must at all. Only some women get a little spotting, most dont. With both my pregnancies I never had it. So dont treat its absence as a problem.
I never had any implantation bleeding and still got pregnant, and i felt so worried at the time thinking i missed a sign. Its absolutely not necessary. Many of us never see it at all.
My doctor explained that implantation bleeding happens in only a small percentage of pregnancies, so its more of an extra sign than a rule. The real confirmation is a missed period and a positive test. No bleeding means nothing wrong.
Wait so its not compulsory? I was actually confused about this too. I never spotted and was scared something was off, this thread is making me feel better honestly.
No dear, it is not necessary. Just one thing, if you do see bleeding and its more than light spotting or comes with pain, please call your doctor to be safe. Otherwise no bleeding is completely okay.
