Is implantation bleeding necessary for pregnancy?

My friend said she had spotting before positive test, but I had nothing like that. Now I am wondering if no bleeding means chances are low. Did many of you get pregnant without any implantation spotting?

I felt confused too because I had zero implantation bleeding and still got my positive. So no, its not needed. Dont worry if you didnt see any.

Not necessary at all. Plenty of pregnancies happen with no spotting.

My doctor said implantation bleeding occurs in only some women and its absence means nothing about whether you are pregnant. The test result is what matters, not whether you spotted. So please dont read into it.

No, not at all necessary. Many women never get implantation bleeding and have perfectly healthy pregnancies. I never spotted in either of mine. Its just something that happens for some, not a requirement.
