Bit shy to ask this but me and my husband are confused. Im in second trimester now, everything normal so far. Just want to know what others were told by their doctors.
Mine was a slightly complicated pregnancy so my doctor asked us to avoid it for a while. So please dont go by general advice, every case is different. Just check with your own gynac to be safe.
Such a hush hush topic but everyone wonders haha. If your doctor says your pregnancy is normal, you are clear. Just take it gentle and stop overthinking.
In a normal healthy pregnancy it is generally fine, my gynac said so clearly. But if you have any complication like low lying placenta or spotting, she may advise against it. So it really depends on your case, best to ask yours directly.
Dont stress too much about this yaar, its more common a question than you think. As long as your doctor says your pregnancy is normal, you are fine. Just go gentle and listen to your body.
