Is intercourse safe during 4th month of pregnancy?
Just entered my 4th month and feeling much better than the first trimester. Me and husband are wondering if its okay to be intimate now or we should still be careful. A bit shy to ask my doctor directly so asking here.
Generally yes in second trimester if your pregnancy is normal and doctor hasnt said otherwise. Both my pregnancies it was fine, just be comfortable and gentle. If you have any bleeding or pain history, ask your gynac first.
I was told to avoid it because of my placenta position, so please dont assume. Ask your gynac about your particular situation before anything. For some it's totally fine, for some not.
