Is it common to bleed during pregnancy?

I saw a little spotting today and got really scared, im around 9 weeks. I have already messaged my gynac and waiting for her reply. Just wanted to know if this happened to others and turned out ok?

I had a little bleeding early on and I felt terrified honestly, I cried thinking the worst. My doctor checked and the baby was fine, it settled. But I am so glad I went in instead of just waiting at home scared.

Light spotting can happen for some, but actual bleeding always needs a doctor check, please dont ignore it. In my case I went in immediately and that was the right call. Especially if there is pain or it is heavy, go to the gynac right away.

Some light spotting can be normal in early weeks, but never just assume. If it is heavy, with cramps or fever, get to a doctor at once. Better to check than to worry alone.
