Is it compulsory to wear panties during pregnancy?
This might sound like a silly question, but I'm getting uncomfortable with my regular underwear. Is it compulsory to wear panties during pregnancy, or can I go without them sometimes for comfort?
When I had gestational diabetes, I was already so stressed about food, so physical comfort was my only priority. No, it's not compulsory, wear loose nighties without panties to avoid infections.
I only wore comfortable cotton sports panties during my light walks or prenatal yoga (which I did after doctor's approval). Otherwise, at home, I skipped them to let my skin breathe easily.
Clear cut answer is no, not compulsory at all. It's actually better to sleep without panties to avoid yeast infections, especially in later months. Just choose high quality cotton fabric when you do wear them outside.
Haan na, bilkul zaroori nahi hai. Maine toh pure pregnancy me ghar pe bina panty ke hi comfortable feel kiya. Bas cotton ke loose kapde pehno taaki rash na ho.
Mujhe PCOS tha toh skin infections ka risk pehle se thoda tha, toh maine bohot tight clothing humesha avoid ki. Compulsory bilkul nahi hai wear karna, bas hygiene maintain rakhna aur loose maternity garments use karna.
Jab bad morning sickness me baar baar washroom bhagna padta tha, toh tight panties aur bhi irritating lagti thi. Maine bilkul loose cotton pajamas pehne bina panties ke. Comfort should be your top priority right now.
