Is it fine to do exercise during conceive missed period?
My period is 5 days late and we are trying this cycle so im hopeful. I usually do morning walk and some light home workout, dont want to stop my routine but also dont want to mess anything up if im actually pregnant. is it ok to continue?
I was so confused about this in my early weeks too. I stuck to slow walks until my gynac cleared me. Did anyone else feel scared to move much at the start?
If you suspect you have conceived, I'd switch heavy workouts to light walking until you confirm and check with your doctor. I kept up gentle walks and prenatal yoga but only after my gynac said it was fine. Avoid intense stuff till you know for sure.
Light movement like walking is generally okay, but stop the heavy lifting and high impact stuff. Take a test first to confirm, then plan exercise with your doctor's nod. No need to push yourself in this phase.
