Is it good consult doctor before getting conceived?
My husband and I are planning to start a family soon. Is it a good idea to consult a doctor before we start trying to conceive? What kind of advice or checks would they do?
Oh totally, go see a gynac once, yaar! They'll just check your basic health and give you vitamins to start. But seriously, don't stress too much about it, just go with the flow and enjoy the process!
Please do consult a doctor first. I had some undiagnosed issues that caused complications later on. It's much safer to get basic blood tests done beforehand.
I get it, thinking about all these steps can make you feel so overwhelmed and anxious. But meeting a gynac beforehand actually gave me so much peace of mind. It takes away half the stress, trust me.
Honestly, I didn't consult before and now in my 2nd trimester I keep wondering if I should have! Did most of you consult a doctor before conceiving or was it a surprise for you too?
Yes, definitely go for it! 🌸 It’s super helpful because they start your folic acid and check if your body is ready. Super exciting step, all the best! 👍
Looking back, doing a pre-conception visit was the best decision we made before having our toddler. It is so good because the doctor starts you on folic acid which is very important for the baby.
Beta, always good to meet a doctor first. Along with that, start eating healthy ghar ka khana, almonds, and milk. Preparing your body beforehand with good food and doctor's advice is very wise.
It's actually very practical to go once. You can plan the budget for tests and checkups early, and get cheap government or basic clinic tests done first. Helps you save up for the actual delivery costs later!
