These days i cry over literally anything, even small things set me off. Im 5 months. Then i worry ki crying so much will affect the baccha or not? does it harm them? feeling guilty honestly.
With my PCOS history, my hormones were already all over the place, so I cried a lot during early pregnancy. It is a very natural emotional release, so don't suppress it. Just try not to stay sad for too long and seek support if it feels overwhelming.
I used to cry at the smallest things, even during emotional TV ads, and then panic that I was hurting my baby! But my doctor told me it's just pregnancy hormones and completely normal. Please don't worry, your baby is safe.
Oh yes! Crying is just your way of releasing all those crazy hormones. 😭 I used to cry and then laugh at myself right after! Just watch a funny movie or eat your favorite ice cream to feel better. 🍦✨
Crying occasionally is normal, but if you are feeling constantly sad, hopeless, or highly anxious, please talk to your doctor. I had a difficult pregnancy with complications and speaking to my gynac about my mental health helped so much. Don't suffer in silence.
Honestly, I cried once because my husband got the wrong flavor of ice cream, haha! Pregnancy makes us so emotional and hungry at the same time. Just have some comforting food and let those tears out, it's totally fine.
Please don't feel guilty for crying. Your body is doing so much work and it is okay to feel emotional or overwhelmed sometimes. Take a deep breath, you are doing a wonderful job.
According to my pregnancy tracker app, mood swings peak in the first and third trimesters because of estrogen spikes. It is totally healthy to cry and let it out. Just track your moods and make sure you are getting enough sleep.
