Is it good to drink water at night during pregnancy?
I get so thirsty at night these days but if i drink water i keep waking up to pee. Third tri me already sleep is messed up yaar. Should i avoid water before bed or not?
Most of the pregnancy apps and articles I read actually suggest consistent hydration. So, yes, drinking water at night is good. I used to track my water intake and tried to space it out so I wouldn't have to pee every hour. It really helps with common issues like constipation too.
Definitely! Staying hydrated is key for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. I made sure to drink plenty of water, even at night. It helps with circulation and keeps everything flowing smoothly for you and the baby. Just try to keep a bottle near your bed.
I keep hearing so much conflicting advice, it's confusing! My bladder already feels tiny, so I try to avoid drinking too much before bed but then I worry about dehydration. Is it actually okay to drink water at night, like really okay? Does anyone else wake up feeling thirsty?
Oh, I remember worrying about this too! But yes, it's generally good to stay hydrated throughout the day and night during pregnancy. Just try not to chug a whole bottle right before bed so you don't have to get up too many times. Little sips are fine, don't overthink it like I used to!
Haan ji, paani toh bahut achha hai pregnancy mein, din ho ya raat! Body mein blood volume badhta hai na. Bas raat ko bohot zyada ek saath mat pio, nahi toh baar baar uthna padega washroom. Thoda thoda lete raho, koi problem nahi hai.
It's always best to be gentle with your body during this time. Staying hydrated is important, but if you're concerned about anything, even small things like drinking water at night, please have a chat with your doctor. They can give you the best advice for your specific health needs and ensure everything is safe for you and your baby.
From a health perspective, staying hydrated is crucial, especially when your body's demands are high. I always made sure to drink water consistently throughout the day, including sips at night. My doc also recommended this alongside my pregnancy-safe walks. Just manage the quantity so sleep isn't disturbed by bathroom breaks.
Haan beti, pani toh bahut zaroori hai. Meri maa bhi bolti thi, khoob paani piyo. Raat mein bhi thoda thoda peete raho, accha rehta hai shareer ke liye. Bass itna mat piyo ki baar baar bathroom jaana pade, neend kharab ho jaye. Thanda pani mat piyo.
This is such a good question! I'm planning my pregnancy soon, and I've been wondering about hydration too. I drink a lot of water usually, but didn't think about nighttime. Will probably start keeping a small bottle on my bedside table now. Thanks for asking!
At my hospital, the nurses and doctors always emphasized the importance of hydration. They said it's perfectly fine, actually encouraged, to drink water throughout the night if you feel thirsty. My gynac specifically told me to keep a water bottle by my bed and sip whenever I woke up. Just confirm with your own doctor about your specific intake.
