Im craving pizza so badly right now its all i can think about. But then i feel guilty wondering if all that cheese and maida is okay for baby. Do u all eat it sometimes?
Yaar dont stress over an occasional pizza, you are allowed to enjoy food. Just keep it fresh and not too frequent. Cravings are part of the fun, give in sometimes.
I love pizza but with my sugar issues I had to limit it a lot. If your levels are normal, an occasional slice is okay. Just watch portions and dont overdo the cheese and refined base too often.
Pizza cravings were so real for me haha. A slice now and then is totally okay, just make sure it is fresh, well cooked and the cheese is pasteurised. I just didnt make it an everyday thing.
Occasional pizza is fine, just keep it in moderation and well cooked. Avoid raw or undercooked toppings and runny cheese. As a treat once in a while there is no harm at all.
