Is it good to give feeding to baby after conceived?

I just found out im pregnant again and my elder one is only 1 and still on breastfeed. My MIL is saying i should stop now but baby is so attached. Is it actually ok to continue feeding while pregnant?

I had some early complications so my doctor advised me to stop feeding my toddler once I conceived. So please dont decide on your own, get your gynac's opinion based on your situation.

I was feeding my elder one when I conceived again. Some women continue feeding through pregnancy and its often fine, but please check with your gynac because every case differs. Mine asked me to slowly reduce as my pregnancy progressed.
