First pregnancy here, 2nd trimester going on. Both me and hubby are a bit unsure and dont wanna do anything that harms the baby. Is it actually fine or should we wait. A little awkward to ask my gynac directly so asking here.
Nothing to feel awkward about. Usually it's safe in a smooth pregnancy, baby is well protected inside. But if doctor has told u to be careful for any reason, follow that completely.
In a normal healthy pregnancy it is generally considered safe yaar. But if u have any issues like bleeding, low lying placenta or high risk pregnancy, then doctor may advise to avoid. Best to ask your gynac about your own case.
