The doctors at my hospital explained that conceiving a boy or girl is a completely random genetic combination. There is no science to make one easier than the other.
It is exactly a 50-50 chance for both, biologically. I recently delivered a healthy baby and honestly, gender didn't cross my mind at all, just wanted a healthy baby.
Biologically there is no difference in difficulty, it's just basic science. Focus on keeping your health and nutrition good instead of worrying about these things.
