Is it necessary to vomit in pregnancy?

Im around 7 weeks and i havent vomited even once, just mild nausea sometimes. Everyone keeps asking me morning sickness ho rahi hai? and i feel like something is wrong with me. Is it normal to not vomit at all?

I had it really bad so honestly be glad if you dont. Vomiting is just hormones, not a sign of healthy baby or anything, so dont worry if its missing.

Beta no need to compare. Some have nausea, some dont, both are completely normal. Just eat well and rest.

Nope, every pregnancy is different. With my first I threw up daily, with second nothing at all. No vomiting doesnt mean anything bad.

Not at all, I barely vomited in my whole pregnancy and baby was perfectly healthy. I felt guilty thinking maybe something is wrong but my gynac laughed and said im just lucky.

It varies a lot. But if you suddenly stop having any symptoms after having them strongly, just mention it at your next checkup, only for your peace of mind.
